  • In groups of 3-4, come up with a paragraph to persuade your friends from abroad to visit Urbana-Champaign. 
  • Share your paragraph in this google doc
2. Consequences of Plagiarism- Discuss the Article

  • Find a partner and read each other's memos. 
  • Use this handout to guide you. 
4. Avoiding Plagiarism-Paraphrasing and Quoting (if time)
